The Role
Client Experience Coordinators
hold the critical position of embodying the Align brand in each and every client interaction. Each is an excellent communicator and positive brand ambassador. His or her passion for Aligned Life Core Values is conveyed in every conversation. The love of building a clientele by developing relationships and fostering pleasurable experiences and exceeding personal bests is in their skillset. They set the tone for the client’s entire holistic foot health circuit by hosting guided tours, booking appointments, shoe shopping, client education, check-out, and maintaining continual client contact throughout their lifetime experience. Their impeccable organization, excellent communication and entrepreneurial spirit ensure the Align flagship is running smoothly.


About the Ideal Candidate
We are looking for an upbeat, positive person with previous retail client service, point-of-sale and administrative experience. A detail-oriented, goal-directed achiever. A person who brings a passion for inspiring repeat business by creating exceptional client experiences both online and in-store. The candidate must be tech-savvy, can quickly and effectively operate Microsoft Windows and Office, as well as quickly learn new clinic & spa-specific software. Strong verbal and written communication skills are a must. Interest in fashion is a must. Experience in medical administration and health insurance billing is a bonus. Training is provided. Responsibilities of the Position
Client Experience Coordinators will be accountable to:

  • Guide clients through their ongoing foot health journey, from one step to the next in their tour, bookings, ensuring they know what to expect and their expectations are exceeded, keeping ahead of their next step in our process flow, anticipating and responding quickly to client’s needs
  • Manage current client base by cultivating relationships and engaging existing clients at higher levels
  • Execute proactive, strategic outreach to position and realize future client opportunities and exceed client expectations
  • Support and align with key business initiatives, new product drops, events, product launches
  • Book client appointments by educating and guiding them through the process of Align's holistic circuit
  • Personal, guided client healthy shoe shopping
  • Client check-out and daily cash count
  • Ensure all activity enhances the brand, including product presentation, visual merchandising, and proper stock organization
  • Personal Leadership: Work as a team and partner with colleagues to ensure a consistent exceptional client experience and contribute to a positive environment
  • Remain current on industry news, company updates and complete provided training to better serve clients
  • Exhibit passion and enthusiasm as an Align Brand Ambassador by modeling elegance through an appropriate wardrobe and presence
  • Be brand-aligned and self-directed, with an entrepreneurial spirit



Required Qualifications

  • A charismatic, congenial personality who can deliver luxury client service
  • Demonstrated ability to create and develop lasting and meaningful client relationships that result in consistently exceeding results
  • Can uphold Align's teamwork tenets of positivity, mutual respect and open communication
  • Ability to communicate effectively, professionally and courteously, in-person, on the phone, and digitally
  • Ability to work patiently and cooperatively with a variety of clientele
  • Superior attention to detail and unapologetically organized, clean and tidy
  • Proven ability to self-initiate, self-problem-solve, and self-prioritize
  • Quick learner who can efficiently, effectively and independently complete work under minimal supervision
  • Willingness to continue to learn and adapt in an evolving role
  • Proficiency or capability in using technology and learning and using a Client Relationship Management software
  • Minimum of 45 w.p.m. typing experience and Microsoft Office skills
  • Saturday availability
