The Role
Client Experience Coordinators hold the critical position of embodying the Align brand in each and every client interaction. Each is an excellent communicator and positive brand ambassador. His or her passion for Aligned Life Core Values is conveyed in every conversation. The love of building a clientele by developing relationships and fostering pleasurable experiences and exceeding personal bests is in their skillset. They set the tone for the client’s entire holistic foot health circuit by hosting guided tours, booking appointments, shoe shopping, client education, check-out, and maintaining continual client contact throughout their lifetime experience. Their impeccable organization, excellent communication and entrepreneurial spirit ensure the Align flagship is running smoothly.
About the Ideal Candidate
We are looking for an upbeat, positive person with previous retail client service, point-of-sale and administrative experience. A detail-oriented, goal-directed achiever. A person who brings a passion for inspiring repeat business by creating exceptional client experiences both online and in-store. The candidate must be tech-savvy, can quickly and effectively operate Microsoft Windows and Office, as well as quickly learn new clinic & spa-specific software. Strong verbal and written communication skills are a must. Interest in fashion is a must. Experience in medical administration and health insurance billing is a bonus. Training is provided.
